Hi mama,

As a new mom in the pandemic- away from family- I was struggling.

I was sleep-deprived and had feelings of anxiety while trying to care for my newborn.

One day, while holding my screaming baby, I started to breathe, like, really breathe. Deep, slow, methodical. My heart rate slowed. His crying lessened, and then it stopped.

I thought it was magic, but it was science.

I continued breathing with intention, consistently, every morning. It became my ritual.

When feelings of anxiety or stress arise- I focus on my breath and it never fails.

Does it fix hard situations? No. Does it allow me to tolerate and build through them? A resounding YES.

I became a certified Breath Coach to teach moms quick, simple breathing techniques that build resilience for navigating mom life.

I would love to show you how to use your breath for the better.
