  • If you are a new mom working through the newborn/toddler phase or an experienced mom craving tools to manage the teen years- these sessions are for you.

    Each session begins by focusing on your current reality and working from within. Meg will perform a breathing analysis and curate scientifically proven breathing techniques based on your feedback.

    Each session includes guided breathwork and techniques and tools takeaways for you to use when managing the array of emotions and challenging stimuli faced on the daily.

    While you will see a noticeable benefit from one session, booking three or more is encourage to build on progres.

Pre-Natal Private

  • These personalised sessions are tailored to prenatal moms and their unique needs.

    Meg will analyse your current breathing pattern and meet you where you are.

    Each session works to build physical resilience and mental wellness during pregnancy using breath and breathing techniques.

    There is always an eductional component to the class and a focus on building consistent engagement outside of the sessions.
